Products are made fresh to order. If we are out of your favorite flavor please email to request an update. Seasonal/Limited Edition flavors are only available at time of offer.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NATURAL OR ORGANIC?
Natural products are made with both natural and organic ingredients. Our USDA certified organic products are 100% organic including non-synthetic vitamin E and organic flavoring and color.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?
Lip scrub shelf life is one year from date of purchase. All organic product will have used by date on bottom label.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during holidays.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@MakeupbyMer.com with your inquiry.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, but by setting up an account, you become a Makeup by Mer member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

1. To reset your password, go to www.MakeupbyMer.com/my-account/lost-password/ 
2. Enter the email address or username that was used to register. (You can only recover passwords that were connected to the email on the account. If you don’t remember the email you used please contact: info@MakeupbyMer.com)
3. You will receive an email titled “Password reset for Makeup by Mer” and within that email you will find your username and password reset link. (Please wait up to 10 minutes to receive the email. Check your spam folder if you still haven’t received it in your inbox.)
4. Click on the reset link with the email and you will be taken to the Password Reset page.
5. Enter your new password and re-enter your new password to confirm (A strong 12 character password will be required. Use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ &. Simple passwords that uses common words do not offer proper security to protect your information).
6. Record the email address used on the account, username and password. Save for future use.
7. Click on the “Save” button and you will be forwarded to the “My Account” page.
8. Login as normal, using the username included in the password reset email and your new password.

I’M LOOGED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND WANT TO RESET MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

1. On the left side menu on desktop computers or at the top of mobile devices, click on the “Account Details” page.
2. In the fields under your email address, under “Password Change” enter your current password and then your new password and confirm your new password in the fields that follow. (A strong 12 character password will be required. Use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ &. Simple passwords that use common words do not offer proper security to protect your information).
3. Record the email address used on the account, username and the new password. Save for future use.
4. Click the “Save Changes” button.
